In the DeFi field, there has always been a structural gap in the fixed income market - the lack of a credible, decentralized interest rate pricing benchmark. In traditional finance, benchmark interest rates such as LIBOR or SOFR serve as pricing anchors for financial products like bonds and derivations, while the blockchain world has long relied on centralized oracle machines or proprietary data from a single protocol. The DOR (Decentralized Oracle Rate) model proposed by Treehouse Labs may be opening a new door.

DOR Mechanism: From Game Theory to Interest Rate Discovery
The core innovation of Treehouse lies in transforming interest rate pricing into a carefully designed game. Its DOR model achieves data credibility through a three-tier role division: Professional Panelists submit interest rate data or forecasts and must stake TREE or tAsset as "integrity margin"; Operators (currently only Treehouse itself) are responsible for initiating interest rate queries and maintaining data flow; Delegators participate in profit distribution by delegating tAssets to specific Panelists; Referencers are the protocol parties that ultimately use the data. This design essentially replaces the authoritative certification in traditional finance with economic games—when the accuracy of data is directly linked to the profit and loss of staked assets, the cost of malicious manipulation will far exceed the benefits.
