Since the amendment of the "Security Industry Act" in 2020, the problems have not been resolved and have become even more serious, with no government attention! Job seekers are unaware of the working hours, there are no contract copies, and disputes lack evidence! Mandatory Scheduling and Contract Evidence: Require the security company to provide a monthly schedule and contract, with employees and the company taking photos as legal evidence.
