The most common mistake made by technical founders is narcissistic building. They see themselves as the ideal user, overly concerned with having more features and a stronger system, while neglecting that the experience should be simple and user-friendly.

Especially in the early stages, users choose you because you are more convenient, cheaper, and easier than alternatives. Remember that you are designing a solution for a specific group of people with clear pain points. The most effective product design is not about doing what I like, but about creating something that users are willing to continue using.
