Golden Finance reports that Layer 2 Blockchain RISE Chain has announced the completion of a new round of financing of 4 million USD, with Galaxy Digital's venture capital division Galaxy Ventures participating. The total financing amount for the project has reached 8 million USD, and the new funds will be used to promote its Mainnet launch to build a high-throughput, low latency blockchain.
