Operating under the legal entity Gate Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu Anonim Şirketi, Gate.TR has been fully compliant with the laws and regulations in force in Turkey since its establishment in 2022. We remain committed to operating in full compliance with the regulations outlined in the Capital Markets Law, commonly referred to as the “crypto law,” which was published in the Official Gazette and came into effect on July 2, 2024, as well as any new regulations that will come into force.
