Bitwise: Bitcoin bullish to $200,000, doubts on new highs for ETH, SOL | Crypto market outlook and review
Recently (June 30, 2025), the well-known asset management company Bitwise released its "Mid-Year Report" document, reviewing its prediction accuracy for the first half of 2025 made in December 2024, and making new predictions for the second half. Bitwise expects that the price of Bitcoin will reach $200,000 by the end of the year, while Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) will not set new all-time highs (ATH) for the remainder of 2025.
This document, written by Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan and Head of Research Ryan Rasmussen, is a follow-up assessment of their "Bold Predictions" for December 2024 and provides new cryptocurrency market forecasts for the second half of 2025.
